Age 84 passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Doris was the daughter of the late Leon and Ruth Dean. She is predeceased by her husband of 34 years Robert E. Micklitsch. She is survived their daughter Ruth (Michael) Hosey, grandchildren: Megan and Eric Hosey; brother: Leon (Cathy) Dean , companion and friend of 22 years Joseph Matlega and many nieces and nephews. Doris worked for Remington Rand for 26 years in the personnel department, and for 20 years with the United States Small Business Administration as a loan officer. Doris enjoyed traveling the world and winters in Florida. She has been an active volunteer for the Local Chapter of AARP since her retirement. Memorial services will be held privately at the convenience of her family.
