Agnes H. Rudnicki

Age 95 of Elmira, NY passed away at home, Tuesday, May 18th, 2010 with her family by her side. Agnes was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Dembinsky. She was born in Shenandoah, PA, August 14th, 1914. She is survived by her children: Susan (Donald) Zahorian of Horseheads, NY, Ellen (Patrick) Hicks of Elmira, NY; grandson Jonathan (Korey) Hicks of McKinney, TX; great grandchildren; Olivia and Jackson Hicks. She was predeceased by her husband; John Rudnicki, daughter; Kathryn Rudnicki and numerous sisters. Agnes was a devoted mother who loved her children, grandson and great grandchildren. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church on the Southside. She worked for the Arnot Ogden Medical Center for many years both in the Snack Bar and volunteering for the auxiliary. Agnes also devoted much of her time to RSVP and the Meals on Wheels program in Elmira. In her later years she spent many hours reading and playing cards with her friends and family. In honoring Agnes' wish her funeral services will remain private. Her interment will take place in Shenandoah, PA at the convenience of the family.
