Alfred L. Dailey, Sr., Age 78
of Elmira, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023.
Alfred was born on July 12, 1944 in Cochecton, NY, the son of the late Louis E. and Jennie R. (Chapman) Dailey. Alfred enjoyed racing, working on cars, and the outdoors.
Alfred is survived by his children, Alfred L. Dailey, Jr., Nikoles W. Dailey, Candy L. (Wayne) Barnes,
Stacey L. Dailey, Chad L. (Kimberly) Dailey, Sr., Greg A. (Shendella) Dailey, Craig A. Dailey, Melissa S. Dailey; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; brother, Calvin L. Dailey; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Dorothy Corwin.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Janet E. (Farren) Dailey; sisters, Ruth Woodhouse, Patricia Kerr, Corrina Edwards.
A celebration of Alfred's life, will be held at a later date.
