Alfred F. Kutka

Age 87 of Elmira, NY formerly of Yonkers, NYPassed away on Friday September 11, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Elmira, NYAlfred is survived by wife of 66 years, Maybelle F. Kutka, sons, Alfred F. (Diana) Kutka of Fishkill, NYAnd Bob (Esther) Kutka of Elmira, NY, grandchildren, Jennifer M. (Alex) Colandrea, Jason M (Lauren) Kutka, and Daniel Lee (Jamie) Kutka, great grandchildren, Elizabeth Kutka, Cecelia Tapley, and Shannon Maybelle Colandrea. Alfred was a United States Navy Veteran of WW II, a member of the VFW and the American Legion. He was a retired Correction Officer from the Elmira Correctional Facility, for the New York State Department of Corrections. Alfred enjoyed jewelry making, hunting, competitive pistol shooting and was an Endowment Member of the N.R.A.It was Alfred's request that there be no calling hours and a private graveside service be held at the convenience of the family in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
