Alice M. Keough"Mom" "Hoppy" "Beema" Age 82 of Elmira, NY passed awa,y Tuesday, December 16th, 2008 at the St. Josephs Hospital. Alice was the daughter of the late Joseph and Minnie Kakritz Schusler in Elmira, NY March 24, 1926. She was the beloved spouse of the late Joseph Keough Sr. whom predeceased her in 1994.She is survived by her children: James (Carol) Keough of Horseheads, NY; Sally Keough of Elmira, NY; Kevin (Heidi) Keough of Flower Mound, TX; Patrick (Lori) Keough of Horseheads, NY and her loving dog "Buffy". In addition to her children she also leaves behind her grandchildren: Josh, Daniel, Susan, Jon, Steven, Lauren, Christopher, Zachary, Maxwell, McKenna, and Caitlyn; great grandchildren Justin, Kayla, Joshua, Cade, Mara, Makenna; sisters: Marion Justic of Elmira, NY and Dorothy Schusler of Ithaca, NY along with several nieces and nephews. A daughter in law: Judy Keough of Elmira, NY and sister in law: Ann Keough of Horseheads, NYIn addition to her husband Joseph , Alice is also predeceased by her son Joseph Keough Jr. , Granddaughter Kristiana L. Keough, Brothers: Edward, Raymond, Gerald. Sisters: Helen, Geraldine, twin sister Eileen. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY Monday, December 22, 2008 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM. Funeral and committal services will be held there at the conclusion of the calling hours at 7:00PM. Interment graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Woodlawn National Cemetery. The Reverend Jane Winters will officiate. Those will always remember Alice for her love of family and her home being the family hub.
