Alyssa N. (Bravo) ZeltwangerAge 14 of Elmira, NY entered into Heaven on April 20, 2012 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. Alyssa was born on March 13, 1998 in Elmira, NY. She is survived by father, Thomas J. (Tammy Brown) Bravo; mother, Angela Zeltwanger; sister Destiny Bravo, along with several extended siblings; paternal grandparents, Tom and Connie Bravo, Darlynn and Jim Menglecoch; aunts and uncles, James (Ashley) Bravo, Jack (Kristi) Whittle, Ken (Robin) Mayhood, and Tom (Robin) Mayhood, also several cousins and her loving group home family at 8th Street ARC, ICF.Alyssa’s smile captivated all whom had the opportunity to enjoy her companionship. She loved and smiled as her sister Destiny would read her favorite books. She loved shopping, girl scouts, swimming, softball, and enjoyed social life within the community. Special thanks to her grandmother, Connie who would visit and tuck her into bed every night. Alyssa is loved and will be missed by all.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport on Tuesday April 24, 2012 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with a Funeral Service to celebrate Alyssa’s life there at 2:00 PM, Reverend Chip Possee will officiate. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Those wishing to may make memorials to the Chemung County ARC or the Chemung County SPCA in Alyssa’s name.
