HoweAge 81 of Elmira, NY passed away on Tuesday December 17, 2013 at home surrounded by loved ones.Born in Germany and was adopted by Harry and Clara Howe.Ann retired from the NYS Department of Labor after many years of service. Volunteered at the Elmira Free Community Kitchen.
