Anna J. Elwood

Long time resident of Southport, NY, age 82, formerly of Schuyler Ave., Elmira, NY, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2006 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She is survived by her son, Frank Elwood of Corning NY; grandchildren, Jeff Elwood; Trisha Coolbauch; Malissa Burger; Wade Cunningham; great grandchildren, Patty; Kendell; Jenna; Tanya; Logan; Morgan; Zack; Jennifer; brother, John Shook;sister, Ruth Whal; brothers-in-law, Clyde Elwood; Kenneth Elwood; and several nieces and nephews. Anna was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Ernest T. Elwood (2004); son, Clyde T. Elwood (1966); daughter, Carol Cunningham (2000); and a brother; sisters; brothers-in-law; and sisters in-law. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Monday, March 6, 2006, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, with Funeral and Committal Service there at 6:00 PM. The Reverend Gary Lenard will officiate.
