Anna May Mace

Age 65, of Elmira, NY passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 11, 2004, surrounded by her family in Alpine, NY, following a courageous battle with cancer.Anna May is survived by her sons, Tracey H. Mace, Jr. of Elmira, NY, and Patrick (Mary) Mace of Alpine, NY; grandchildren, Ryan T., Brittany Ann, Tracie Ann, Patrick, Jr., and April Mace; brothers, Robert Carson and William Carson, both of Elmira, NY; sister, Denise Hefner of Elmira, NY; several nieces, nephews, and great nephews.She was predeceased by her loving husband, Tracey H. Mace, Sr. on August 6, 2000.Anna May was an avid outdoors person; she loved fishing and hunting, and was very good at both.Anna May also enjoyed small animals, and especially liked feeding wild squirrels.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Friday, May 14, 2004 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 PM with Funeral and Committal service there Friday evening at 8 PM.Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1316 College Avenue, Elmira, NY 14901.Those wishing may leave a ?Candle of Remembrance? for the family in obituaries at www.olthof.com.
