Arlene B. Kintz

Age 89 of Elmira, NY passed away Friday December 14, 2007 at home surrounded by her family. She was born November 10, 1918, the youngest daughter of Charles and Gladys (Johnson) Thayer, also stepfather Dennis MacClure.She was predeceased by her husband Norman D. Kintz in 1982, also by son-in-law, Thomas Gorman; sisters Pearl Davies, Mary Thayer, sister in-law and great friend, Gladys Trimber and several brothers in-law. She is the beloved mother of Suzanne (Jared) Myers of Elmira, Sharon (Andrew) Baus of Maryland, Betty Jane BJ (Ted) Hoffman of Dallas, TX, Beverly Gorman of Elmira, Barbara McDonald of Elmira, Nancy (Herb) Campbell of Elmira, Michael Kintz of Denver CO, and Christine Kintz of Elmira, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren many nieces and nephews, sister in-law, LaVerne Kintz and brother in-law John Davies. Family and Friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Tuesday December 18, 2007 from 5:00-8:00 PM with Funeral Service there Wednesday at 11:00 AM The Reverend Ellie Haber will officiate. Followed by graveside service in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, NY.
