Arline A. Brundidge

ARLINE F.BRUNDIDGEMrs. B.Of Millerton, PA, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center with her family at her bedside. She was born March 24, 1921 in Elmira, NY the daughter of the late George and Millicent (Ludwig) Aiken Conklin. Her loving husband, James Bill, sisters, Pauline and Patricia, grandson Douglas Shaw and son-in-law, Ray Spittel predeceased Arline. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Joyce Spittel and Jane (Mark) Young all of Millerton, PA; 7 adored grandchildren, 14 much-loved great grandchildren and 1 precious great great grandchild. She is also survived by her sisters, Sandy (Bill) Schall, Nancy Curren and Eleanor Teddie Coch; brother, Robert Conklin; along with several nieces and nephews. Mrs. B. retired from the Broadway Animal Hospital in 1983 as Hospital Administrator and then opened her own business, the Mountain View Calico Shop. She was a member of the Millerton Wesleyan Church where she served as Communion Steward, also assisted in making costumes for Church pageants. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Millerton Wesleyan Church Route # 328, on Saturday, August 30, 2008 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 (noon). Her coronation will be celebrated following the visitation. (12 noon) Her Pastor and friend, the Reverend Laurie Greenlaw will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to the Millerton Wesleyan Church Route # 328 Millerton, PA 16936.
