Arnold V. Rosekrans

Of Horseheads, NY passed away on Friday December 23, 2005 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center.He was born October 7, 1922 in Elmira Heights, NY the son of the late Fred and Anna (McDowell) Rosekrans. Arnold is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Joyce (Swimelar) Rosekrans, Sons, James M. Rosekrans and Bruce A. (Karen) Rosekrans, grandchildren; Scott M., John P., Marissa K. Kyle P. and Kathleen ?Katie? J. Rosekrans, sister, Freddie (Laurence) Scott, brother, Fred ?Bob? (Mary) Rosekrans, and several nieces and nephews. Arnold was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corp serving in World War II. He was a member of Westside United Methodist Church, a former member of the American Legion of Horseheads, NY and a retired supervisor from Eastern Metal Products, Elmira, NY.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Tuesday December 27, 2005, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with Funeral Service there Wednesday at 11:00 AM The Reverend Don Guiles will officiate.
