Arthur Vanderpoel“Kelly Hill Rascal” Age 85 of Pine City. Passed away Friday, December 26th, 2014 at the Corning Center. Predeceased by the love of his life Fonda June 20, 2003. Surviving is his step sons: Phillip Deery of Wellsboro, Frank Harold Deery of Crewe, VA; Step Daughter: Joyce Ann Deery Ginnan of Pine City, NY. Several grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sisters: Phyllis Watkins, and Donna Warren. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home,Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY 14904 Tuesday, December 30th, 2014 from 3PM to 4PM. Funeral services celebrating the Kelly Hill Rascal will follow at 4PM. Art will always be known for his garden and beautiful vegetables, his caring of others, his profound love for Fonda and his quick wit.
