Arthur Edward Jenkins

Age 79 of Big Flats, NY, Went to be with the Lord on Monday January 27, 2014. Arthur is survived by his loving wife Marilyn Austin Jenkins whom he married on May 7, 1955 and spent 58 wonderful years together. He is also survived by his children, Eugene E. (Theresa) Jenkins, Elizabeth M. (William) Colegrove , Vincent (Christina) Jenkins, Aimee (Kelly) McFallin and Derrick (Amanda) Smith; also four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Arthur was a veteran of the US Army proudly serving his country from 1957 to 1967. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Big Flats, NY.Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday at 1:00 PM in the First Presbyterian Church, 95 Main Street, Big Flats, NY followed by Military honors at 3:00 PM in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira, NY.
