Audrey F. Walker

Age 71, of Horseheads, NY, passed away March 21, 2006 at Arnot-Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY. She was born November 25,1934, the daughter of Ida Bates and the late Richard Strong. Audrey is survived by her husband of 53 years, Charles E. Walker; daughters, Marilyn Uhler of Elmira, NY, Connie Leister of Pine Valley, NY; son, Larry Walker of Elmira Heights, NY, son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Annette Walker of Horseheads, NY; sisters, Virginia Bailey, Edna (Vincent) Link, Jeana Stermer of Elmira, NY; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Audrey was a homemaker and loved and cared for horses in her younger years. She also enjoyed living in the country, taking care of her plants, flowers and pets.
