Barbara L Bauer

BAUER, Barbara L. (Olson)Corning, New YorkOf 267 Walnut Street, was born July 5, 1939 in Fort Wayne, IN the daughter of the late Albert L. and Mary Elizabeth (Potts) Olson, passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2008 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira at the age of 69. Barbara married Richard J. Bauer Saturday, September 6, 1958. In addition to her loving husband of 50 years, Richard; she is survived by a daughter, Kathryn (Mrs. Brad) Koldehoff of Waterloo, Illinois; a son, Stuart Bauer of Flint, Michigan; two grandchildren, Christina and Michael. After her marriage she was a hospital lab technician, a literacy volunteer and enjoyed English as a second language. Barbara loved to travel, read and listen to music. There will be no prior services or memorials planned. Her ashes will be taken to the coast of Maine at the convenience of her family.
