Bessie Geneva Moffat, age 87, of Cedar Street, Elmira died Friday, September 19, 2003 at home. Mrs. Moffat was born October 27, 1915 at Wyalusing, PA, the daughter of the late Daniel and Lottie (Wrought) Mace.She was homemaker. She is survived by her husband: Donald L.
