Betty Louise Heller(March 1, 1925 ? December 1, 2004) And this is eternal life, that they may know Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom Thou hast sent.John 17:3 Age 79, of 13617 N. 110th Ave., Sun City, AZ was called home to be with her magnificent Lord on Wednesday, December 1st at the home of her son, Gary in Glendale, AZ.She was born in Elmira, NY on March 1, 1925 to Nelson and Hazel (Moorehouse) LaFever.Betty attended high school at the Elmira Free Academy and graduated with the Class of 1943.She is survived by sons, Gary (Beverly) of Glendale, AZ and Richard (Jeanine) of Springfield, MA; daughters, Kim (Tony) Lewis of Salt Lake City, UT and Judy Heller of Riverton, UT; 5 grandchildren; brother Richard LaFever of Las Vegas, NV.She retired from the Chemung County Department of Social Services in May of 1989.She was a giving person who loved people and would do anything for anyone and never ask for anything in return. Betty?s family will remember her as a devoted mother, friendly, caring, giving, unpretentious, always a lady and possessing a zest for life.Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira on Tuesday, December 14th at 3:00 PM.
