Betty S. Somers

Was born December 3, 1927 in Elmira, NY passed away on Monday, November 6, 2006, peacefully at her home. She is survived by her loving children, Sandy Ellison, Patricia Driscoll, Sheere Walter, Cindy Somers, Vickie Somers, Rick Somers and Jack Somers; along with many beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. At her request there will be no prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Friday, November 10, 2006 at 4:00 PM to celebrate Bettys life. The Reverend David Ivy will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 1316 College Ave., Elmira, NY 14901 in her memory.
