Age 78, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2005 at St. Joseph?s Hospital, ElmiraShe was the daughter of the late Charles and Laura (Clark) Bly, Sr.Betty is survived by her son, Ricky (Laura) Voorhis of Corning, NY; grandchildren, Richard Voorhis, Laurie (Joe) Thompson; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Shelansky of Elmira and Bertha (Don) Phillips of Cayuta, NY; sister-in-law, Betty Mae Bly of Tioga, PA; several nieces and nephews.She is predeceased by her husband, Robert; brothers, Charles Bly, Jr., & Albert Bly. It was Betty?s request that there be no calling hours and a private funeral service be held at the convenience of the family.
