Blanche A. Aldrich

Blanche A. Aldrich, age 98 of Elmira, NY passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility. She was born October 31, 1919 to Joseph and Anna Masin. She was also predeceased by her parents; all of her siblings and her husband, Elton “Barney” Aldrich in May of 1987. She is survived by her son Edward with his wife Kathleen (Kitty); grandson, Kenneth Aldrich; granddaughter, Jennifer Aldrich; great-granddaughters, Kiyah and Shamarianna Lewis. Blanche was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be missed by all. The family would like to thank the Staff on the 2nd floor of CCNF for 13 years of wonderful care provided. Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
