Blanche V. Shelman

Blanche V. Shelman, Passed away at the Chemung County Nursing Facility 0n Sunday, June 15, 2008 at the age of 100. Blanche was born in Lawrenceville, PA., the daughter of the late Charles and Nancy ( Gilbert ) Shelman. She retired from Winchester Optical in Elmira, NY. Blanche is survived by nieces, nephews and many friends. Family and friends are invited to gather at theOlthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Tuesday, June 17,from 1 PM to 2 PM.Funeral Services will be at 2 PM followed by interment at Evergreen Cemetery in Tioga, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Chemung County Nursing Facility,Resident Memorial Fund, 103 Washington St., Elmira, NY 14901.
