Carlton M. Maynard

Carlton “Carlie” M. Maynard, 66, of Horseheads, NY passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was predeceased by his parents, Rexford and Virginia Culver Maynard; brothers, Richard and Kenneth Maynard; and father-in-law, Raymond Manning. Carlie is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jackie Manning Maynard; sons, Darryl (Christine) and Scott (Jamie) Maynard; daughter, Mindy (Josh) Cooper; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Janice Youngs (Dick), Pat Brewer (John) and Donna (Wendell) Harkness; brothers-in-law, Raymond, Steven (Bonnie) and Mark (Michelle) Manning; sisters-in-law, Kathy (Sid) Dense, Debbie (Russell) VanZile and Judi (Rich) Clark; several nieces and nephews. Carlie was a 1969 graduate of Troy High School. He worked at F.M. Howell for many years. Carlie was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. with a memorial service to follow at the Fassett Baptist Church, Fassett, PA.
