Carol L. Griffin

Was born August 10, 1956 in Elmira, NY the daughter of Charles and Beverly (Kiser) Walker, passed away very unexpectedly on Monday, September 11, 2006 at St. Josephs Hospital at the age of 50. She was predeceased by her father, Charles Walker and her brother, Charles Walker Jr. She is survived by her beloved mother, Beverly; loving children, Howard (Melissa) Mattison, Christopher Walker, Joseph Walker, Brenda Griffin and step-daughter, Carlietta Griffin all of Elmira, NY; much-loved grandchildren, Bryce, Devon and Paradise; dearly-loved siblings, John (Marsha) Walker, Daniel (Sharon) Walker, Jo-Ellen (Walker) Briggs, David (Tina) Walker and Thomas (Debra) Walker all of Elmira, NY; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Friday, September 15, 2006 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. A Celebration of Carols life will follow the visitation at 4 PM. John P. Knapp will officiate. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
