Charles H. Parrotte

Age 88 of Elmira, NY passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday May 4, 2011 at home. He was the son of the late Walter and Dessa (Bryington ) ParrotteHe is survived bychildren, Donna (Kenny) Alexander, Dolores Campbell and Charles (Linda) Parrotte: sister Gene Kelley, and Bernice Parrotte, brothers, Kenneth,and Carl Parrotte, 7 grandchildren, many great grandchildren. also his Red Star buddy Joe.Charles was predeceased by wife Pearl Parrotte, daughter Phyllis Parrotte, also sister Eleanor, and brothers, George and JimmyRetired from Harding Brothers after many years of service, also a United States Army Air Force veteran of World War II.Family and Friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira/Southport on Monday May 9, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with Funeral and Committal there at 7:00 PM, Graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Prospect Cemetery, Mansfield, PA Those wishing may make memorials to the the Southport Volunteer Fire Department in Charles name.
