( Edward) Happ; brother, Harold T. Washburn Jr. also several nieces, nephews great nieces & nephews and great great nieces & nephews.Claire was also predeceased by sister, Rita Beth JacobsHe lived at the Savona IRA Home in Savona NY for over 25 years.He enjoyed animals and stuffed animals & going out for outings and tripsFamily and friends are invited to call at The Seventh Day Adventist Church 813 Maple Avenue, Elmira, NY on Sunday February 2, 2014 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM with Funeral Service there at 2:00 PM PM.
