Cora King Dann

Age 102Cora lived on Merrill Place in Elmira for many years. She died on Friday, August 27, 2004 at Elcor Nursing Facility, Horseheads, NY. Cora was a former member of the Eastern Star and the Thrift Sunshine Circle. She was a retired manager of the Chemung County License Bureau, married to Marcus S. Dann who predeceased her in 1980. Surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Eileen Dann of Horseheads, NY, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. It was Cora?s request that there be no calling hours and a private graveside service be held at the convenience of the family in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira. Those wishing may make memorials to the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1009 Maple Ave. Elmira, NY 14904.
