Mrs. Madigan passed away on Tuesday January25, 2011 in Mathews Memorial Health Care Center in Alexandria, LA. She is survived by two brothers; Willie E. Pugh, Jr. of Alexandria, LA. and Franklin D. Pugh of Houma, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford H. Madigan; her parents Willie E. Pugh, Sr. and Ila Brunson Pugh; one brother Virgil L. Pugh and one sister Cleo P. Zepp.Family and friends are invited to call at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1009 Maple Avenue, Elmira on Tuesday February 1, 2011 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM with Funeral Service there at 1:00 PM with Rev. Jane Winters officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Elmira, NY. Arrangements entrusted to Olthof Funeral Home, Inc.
