Age 54, of Verona Street, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at St. Joseph?s Hospital. She was born December 6, 1950 in Wellsboro, PA the daughter of Vaughn and Lorene (Parsons) Webster. Crystal married Gaylord B. Nobles, they have enjoyed 33 wonderful years of life and love together. She is survived by her loving Gaylord; beloved children, Jason and Jill Nobles of Elmira Heights, NY; adored mother, Lorene; much-loved siblings, Kevin Webster and Joanne Force of Elmira Heights, NY; Valorie West and Steve of Mansfield, PA; Kirby Webster and Cindy of Wellsboro, PA; Marceil Cooney and Mike of Wellsboro, PA; Lori Fuss and Joe of Middlebury Center, PA; Kerry Webster and Sandy of Wellsboro, PA; Beth Morway and Peter of Sinking Springs, PA; Lisa Webster of Newark, DE; along with many nieces, nephews, 2 great nieces, 1 great nephew and host of dear friends. Her sister, Yvonne Russell in 1973 and her father, Vaughn Webster in 1986, predeceased Crystal. In 1968, she graduated from Wellsboro High School and then graduated from the Arnot Ogden School of Nursing in 1971, as a Registered Nurse. Throughout her life she worked in several health care facilities, loving and caring for people as only she could do. Crystal unselfishly would always do for others. She enjoyed crafts, loved to paint, was an avid gardener and got great pleasure from a good laugh. She was a faithful communicant of St. Charles Borromeo Church. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Sunday, September 11, 2005 from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 PM. A Prayer Service will be held there on Monday, September 12th at 9:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Charles Borromeo Church 130 Oakwood Ave. Elmira Heights, NY at 10:00 AM. The Reverend Eugene Dobosz will celebrate the Mass. Interment will follow in the Brookfield Cemetery, Brookfield, PA with Pastor Ed Collins conducting the graveside services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Red Cross Katrina Disaster Relief, Brain Tumor Research or to the American Heart Association in memory of our parents, family and friends.
