Dale McMasters On Sunday, December 6th, 2020, Dale McMasters, loving father of two children, passed away at age 57. Dale was born on March 18th, 1963 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to James and Mildred McMasters. Dale grew up in Elmira, NY and was a 1981 graduate of Thomas A Edison High School. He also attained multiple degrees from Elmira College. At a young age Dale started his own business, McMasters Cleaning Service. He was a successful entrepreneur for many years. Along with owning his own business, Dale was an avid hunter and fisherman. Dale's other love was raising his children, Alex and Jennifer. He was also a proud grandfather. Dale was predeceased by his father, James, and his mother, Mildred. He is survived by his children, Alex McMasters and Jennifer (Kevin) Duryea; grandchildren Riley and Dominic Duryea; brother James (Barbara) McMasters; sister Dorothy (Curt) McMasters, also Karen Lee (Layton) and nephew Timothy (Liz) McMasters and niece Andrea McMasters, along with many other family members that he left behind. The family would also like to thank Dr. Mathews and the staff in the Covid Unit at Arnot Ogden Hospital for their care of Dale. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, services will be deferred to a future date.
