David C. Taylor

Age 62 of Elmira, NY, passed away unexpectedly at home, January 22, 2005.He is survived by his best friend and wife of 43 years, Donna M. Taylor, son; Duane L. (Kelly) Taylor of Nashville, TN, daughter; Denise Slusser of Horseheads, NY, best buddies and grandsons; Keith and Kyle, sister; Martha E. Brown of Elmira Heights, several nieces, nephews and many special friends.David was a dedicated member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Elmira and sang in the choir for many years. He was the treasurer of the South Creek Northern Tier Sportsman Club, an avid hunter, trap shooter, and collector.David was also a lifetime member of the N.R.A.Family and Friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 314 W. Church St., Elmira, followed by graveside services in Maple Grove Cemetery, Horseheads, NY.
