Loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, age 83 of Horseheads, NY was called into her Father's arms on December 3, 2008 at home surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by sons, Kenneth (Paula) Northrup ofStevensville, MD; Larry (Wendy Rogers) Northrup of Painted Post, NY; John (Donna Acre)Northrup of Chittenango, NY; and daughters, Carrie Anne (Mike) Kasik of Preston, MD; Shirley (William) Weston of Horseheads, NY; daughter-in-law, Barbara Northrup of Painted Post, NY; a plethora of grandchildren; great grandchildren; sisters, Mary (Carl)Shay and Nancy (Donald) Webster; and many loved nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, Ernest and Helen Bramhall Kissell; husband of 50 years, William Northrup; son,Danny Northrup; sisters, Elsie Rosh; Floy Reynolds; Roberta Zeliff; and Patricia Debski.Donna was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a member of the Auxillary of the Big Flats American Legion, a past volunteer for Southern Tier Hospice, member of the White Deer Society, and in her younger years she was a talented seamstress and cross-sticher. Funeral Services Monday, December 8, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the First United Methodist Church, 1034 Broad Street, Horseheads, NY.The Reverend Doctor Robert Sherburne will officiate, with interment following in Woodlawn National Cemetery.
