Doris V. Davis

Of Elmira, NY passed away on Friday February 13, 2003 at Arbor Manor Retirement Home, Horseheads, NY She was born April 7, 1922 the daughter of the late Francis and Edith Lane. Doris is survived by her Loving twin sister; Dorothy Thomas of Arbor Manor Retirement Home. Also survived by her daughters Diane Kanuss of NC, and Diane (Mike) Haupt of Pine City, NY, grandchildren; Stacey and Christi Haupt, niece; Linda (Don) Ferguson, great niece, Laurie (Saba) Hekmat. Her grandson John Kanuss predeceased her.Doris was a member of Pine City Baptist Church a former employee of Kresge?s Department Store and K-Mart. In her spare time she enjoyed bowling, and she was also involved with the Chapel ParkSenior Citizens Group. Family and Friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Monday February 16, 2004 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with Funeral and Committal Service there Monday evening at 8:00 PM The Reverend Horace Stoddard will officiate. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery, Corning, NY at the convenience of the family.
