Age 77, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at St. Joseph?s Hospital, Elmira.He is survived by his wife Carole; sons, Douglas Whitman, Scott & Dana Whitman; daughter, Barbara & Brian Tapp; grandchildren, Linzee & Darryl Reese, Zachary Baldwin, Joel Whitman, Rebecca Whitman; great grandchildren, Deegan, Danica Reese; special friend ?Sparky?; brother, Arthur & Joyce Whitman, Richard Whitman; several nieces and nephews.Budd was a life member of the VFW, Loyal Order of Moose, Elmira Eagles, Elmira Heights American Legion, N.R.A.He loved collecting guns, enjoyed boats, the lake and working with his hands.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Saturday, February 25, 2006 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM with funeral and committal there at 6:00 PM.The Reverend Chris Curry will officiate.
