Eleanor M. Haven

Age 84, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2003 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira.She is survived by her daughters; Sharon (Howie) Larson of Pittsburgh, PA, Marcia (Edward) Robinson of Pine City, NY; grandchildren, Jennifer Morris, Kristen Kreashko, Kerrie & Kim Robinson; 2 great grandchildren; brother, Robert Millerd of Elmira, Lawrence (Florence) Millerd of Henrietta, NY; sister, Jeannie (Adam) Schwartz of Harleysville, PA; brother-in-law, Les Truxell; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Her husband, Howard M. Haven and her sister, Carolyn Truxell, predeceased her.Eleanor was very involved with her church, Southside Baptist Church, being a lifetime member, where she served on many committees and the Board of Deaconesses.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Saturday, December 6, 2003 from 1:00 to 3:00 and 5:00 to 7:00 PM with Funeral and Committal service held there at the conclusion of calling hours (7:00 PM).Reverend David Daniels will officiate.Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.Memorial donations may be made in Eleanor?s name to Southside Baptist Church, 601 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY 14904.A ?Candle of Remembrance? may be left for the family at Obituaries in www.olthof.com.
