Age 24 of Elmira, NY, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023.
Emily was born on August 25, 1998 in Sayre, Pa., the daughter of Bryan Allen and Robin Witkowski.
Emily was an artist.
Beside her parents, she is survived by her brothers and sisters, Brandy Whispel (Steve Nelson), Faith Lynn Allen, Jacob Allen (Jacquelyn Wandell), Lucas (Madison) Allen; grandfather, Gaylord Allen; niece, Olivia Whispel; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Private services will be held at the convenience of her parents and siblings.
Those wishing may make contributions to the Chemung County SPCA, 2435 State Route 352, Elmira, NY 14903, in Emily's memory.
