Ernest Napoleon Joseph Peloquin

Age 79, of Gillett, PA passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, June 7, 2004. He was born November 1, 1924 in New Bedford, MA the son of the late Ernest and Aurore (Hebert) Peloquin. His brother, Maurice J. St. Pierre, predeceased Ernest. He is survived by his sister, Rita Williams of Raleigh, NC; nephews, Rick St. Pierre of Gillett, PA; Robert St. Pierre of Las Vegas, NV; Barry (Linda) Williams of Georgia; nieces, Joann (Rusty) Holder of North Carolina; Sheila Williams also of North Carolina; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and one great great nephew. Ernest was a Veteran of the US Army and proudly served his country from 1943 to 1945. He was quite the ?handy man? to say the least and was always the first to lend a hand. He received his greatest joy from helping others. In accordance to Ernest?s wishes there will be no prior services. His cremation will take place locally at the Southport Crematorium; Inc. Interment will take place at a later date in the Woodlawn National Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY.
