Cooper, Esther I. age 81 of Lowman, NY passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 28th, 2016. Esther was born in Milan, PA on December 24th, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Homer and Mabel (Kitchin) Wilcox. She is survived by her husband: Vincent Cooper; sons: Mark Cooper, Vern (Sherry) Cooper; daughter-in-law: Christine Cooper; sons: Gordon (Barbara) Cooper, Philip (Jill) Cooper; daughter: Faith (Dale) Ingraham; sons: Stephen (Lynda) Cooper, Keith (Lori) Cooper and Nathan (Annette) Cooper; 25 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren; sisters: Eleanor (Jerry) Phillips and Virginia Bell; brother: George (Mary) Wilcox; sister: Wanda (Jerry) Alexander; along with several nieces and nephews. Esther was predeceased by her son: David Cooper; sister: Vivian Wilcox; and great granddaughters: Grace Anne Cooper and Hannah Cooper. Esther was a member of the Monterey Baptist Church. She worked for Dura-Bilt Products in Gillett, PA for over 50 years.Esther will always be remembered for her kindness, soft spoken touch and selfless giving to all who had the pleasure of knowing this loving lady. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Breesport Baptist Church, 1811 N. Chemung Rd, Breesport, NY on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 from 12:00PM to 3:00PM. Funeral services celebrating Esther Cooper’s wonderful life will be held at the conclusion of the calling hours at 3:00PM. The Reverend Bob Stewart will officiate.
