Florence Mae MickAge 84 of West Elmira, NY went to be with the Lord on Tuesday August 26, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Elmira.She is survived by her daughters, JoAnn M. Mick, and Susan G. Mick-Rozengota; grandchildren, Eric (Katie) Karchner, Charles (Meloney) Mick, Chrisdee Perkins, Brandy Lauferswiler and Justin Rozengota; great grandchildren, Emma and Kayla Karchner, Alala,Malary, Charles Jr., Shaun, and Jonah Mick, Jered andJessica Perkins, John Jr., and Grace Lynn Lauferswiler; also several sisters and brothers. She is predeceased by her parents, Charles and Iva Johnson and daughter, Lena L. Mick.Florence was a published poet and member of the International Society of Poets. Member of the Elmira Christian Center.Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Tuesday September 23, 2014 at 6:30 PM at the Elmira Christian Center, Miller Street, Elmira, NY.Family will provide their own flowers and those wishing may make donations to the family to help with funeral expenses.
