Frank Charles Frost

Age 50, of Waterloo, NY passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at the Hospeace House in Naples, NY. He was born December 22, 1954 in Elmira, NY the son of Frank Harvey and Betty (Updike) Frost. His father, Lieutenant Frank H. Frost, instructor and fighter pilot in the US Army Air Corp. during WW II and his stepfather, Realtor, E. E. Wood, predeceased him. He is survived by his loving mother, Betty; brother, Bruce Frost of Columbus, OH; nephew, Andrew Frost also of Columbus, OH; uncle, Robert C. (Eleanor) Updike of Elmira, NY; cousin, Kathryn Isabelle (Moyer) Deats of Zephyrhills, FL; along with several other cousins and friends. Frank was a graduate of Elmira College majoring in Chemistry and minoring in Theology. He was a proud member of the Dean? s list and was a member of the Army ROTC. For a brief time, he lived in the Dallas, Texas area and enjoyed it very much. Frank was a lab technician for St. Joseph?s Hospital and later for DairyLea Central Lab. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Monday, June 13, 2005 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral Services will follow the visitation. (1:00 PM) The Reverend Edward Crandall will officiate. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society, Southern Tier Chapter, 1316 College Ave., Elmira, NY 14901 in his memory.
