Fredrick William Bailey

age57of Covington, PA formerly of Elmira. Passed away unexpectedly Friday, December 3rd, 2010 at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. Fred is survived by his daughter and son in law: April (Edward "Chip") Bollinger of Stovall, NC; Son: Wayne Bailey of Stovall, NC his parents with whom he resided Luella and Wayne Bailey of Covington; also surviving, his grandchildren Shawna Bailey, Seth, Kyle, Keri, Caitlynn Bollinger; Brothers: Robert (Jane) of Southbury, CTand John (Terry) Bailey of CO; Sister: Elaine (David) Milligan of Blossburg, PA; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by the mother of his children Barbara Bailey whom passed away January 24th, 2010.Fred loved to volunteer his time to many places including Hospice, holiday bell ringing. He liked to play guitar and worship with friends. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY Monday, December 6th, 2010 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. Funeral and committal services will follow at 11:00AM. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira.
