G. Lorraine Kelly

G. Lorraine Kelly, 88, of Pine City, NY passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her parents, Delmar and Agnes Walling Jones; her husband, Robert E. Kelly Sr.; and grandson, Robert E. Kelly III. Lorraine is survived by her children, Carol (James) Griffin, Robert (Dianne) Kelly Jr., Kathleen (Robert) Carney, Thomas (Diana) Kelly, Teresa (Robert) Goldstein, Joseph (Alison) Kelly and Jeffrey (Kim) Kelly; sister, Marilyn (Allan) Wood; 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Lorraine was a graduate of Southside High School. She retired from St. Joseph’s Hospital after 20 years of dedicated service. She enjoyed roller skating and loved spending time with her family. She was an active member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The family would like to thank the Woodbrook Assisted Living Center and Chemung County Nursing Facility for the outstanding care she received. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Calling hours will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 224 Franklin Street, Elmira on Monday, December 5, 2016 from 10 AM to 12 PM with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12 PM.
