Gary Lee Chamberlain

Gary L. ChamberlainAge 71 of Pine City, NY, he was born in Elmira, NY on January 23, 1941 and passed away on Wednesday November 7, 2012. Gary is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Marcia; sister in-law, Marilyn (Myron) Weintraub and six cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Dr. F.W. and Muriel Chamberlain. Gary graduated from Cascadilla Academy, attended the University of Miami, Fl, graduated from Arnot Ogden School of Radiologic Technology. He Proudly served his country for 4 years in the United States Coast Guard. Gary was employed by Arnot Ogden Medical Center for several years, then the NYS Department of Corrections as the X-Ray Technologist at the Elmira Correctional Facility for 35 years.Gary was a Master Mason, member of the Elmira lodge #95 and Past Master. He was a member of the Pine City Volunteer Fire Department for many years. It was Gary's request that there be no calling hours and a Memorial Service be held at a future date.
