Gary Lee Miles

Age 38 of Romulus, NY, formerly of Elmira, NY, went very unexpectedly to be with his Lord on Thursday, July 28, 2005. Gary was formerly employed at the Elmira Correctional Facility and recently transferred to Willard Correctional in Romulus, NY. He was born on June 11th, 1967. Gary is survived by his precious daughters, Tara and Sara, whom he adored; loving mother, Linda Cadek of Elmira Heights, NY; father, Gary Miles, Sr. of Phelps, NY; wife, Heidi Miles of Elmira, NY; sister, Tina (Paul) Condon; brothers, Jeff (Pam) Miles, Mike (Karen) Cadek, and Jamie (Roberta) Cadek; special friend, Amy Walker of Romulus, NY; grandmother, Ada Weston; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by maternal grandfather, Edward Weston and paternal grandparents, Charles and Anna Miles.Gary was a loving, generous, caring man who had many friends. He will forever be missed. Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira, NY on Tuesday, August 2, 2005 from 1:00 to 3:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM, with Funeral and Committal service there Wednesday at 11:00 AM.Rev.
