Gary Gene Woodruff

Age 60, of Elmira, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.Gary was a loving husband and best friend to Frances Woodruff and devoted son to mother, Katherine Tuman; late father, Kenneth Woodruff; and late stepfather, Charles Tuman.He was a loving father to Tracey (Eileen) Woodruff of New Jersey; Kristine (Tom) DeLosa of Colorado; and Jennifer (Mark) Miller of New York; grandchildren, Zachary, Timothy, and Paige, who were his greatest pride and joy; brother to Richard (Sharon) Woodruff; Darlene (Bill) Jones; Elaine Clark; and Joseph Woodruff; brother-in-law to Dolores (Duanne) Cleveland, Barb (John) Dunn; Harold (Nellie) Maynard; Donald (Elsie) Wager; and the late Georgia Seagren.Also survived by many nieces and nephews, and his lifetime friends, John and Dorothy Burge.Gary worked at Thatcher Glass for many years; he then worked as a machinist for Corning Inc. for the past 20 years, leaving many dear friends.Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira, NY on Friday, June 17, 2005 from 6 to 8 PM, and again, Saturday from 10 to 11 AM. Funeral services will be held following the Saturday visitation at 11 AM, with Rev, Joseph Kim officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
