George L. Raupers, Jr. passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center.George was the loving husband of Clara (Krause) Raupers, (also known as Bonnie) for the past 73 years. He was the owner of B & C Photo for 30 years. George is survived by his wife, Bonnie; son, George W.; grandson, Gregory D. Raupers; granddaughter, Ginny (Raupers) Zmuda and two great-granddaughters, Victoria and Elizabeth.George was a life long resident of Elmira, NY.
