Gloria J. Garihan-Sommer

Gloria J. Garihan-Sommer Age 84, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Her parents, Thomas and Dorothy E. (Miller) Daugherty and son, James J. "Jimmy" Steinhauer preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving children: daughter, Canda (Richard) Riker; sons, Edward (Donna) Steinhauer and Kevin (Kris) Steinhauer; along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great granddaughterwho simply called her "Bah Bah"; brother, James Daugherty; sister, Connie Omatick; many nieces, nephews, friends; and her feline companion, "Jack". Family and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 2:30 PM in the Woodlawn Cemetery where Pastor Dan Dykes will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 13 Beech Street, Johnson City, NY 13790, in her memory.
