Gordon Richard ?Joe? Green, Sr.Age 66, of Spencer, NY, passed away at home on Saturday, June 26, 2004.He was born on June 10, 1938 in Buffalo, NY to the late Alfred James and Olive Kathleen (Wylie) Green. Joe is survived by two children from his first wife, Mark of MA and Joni Marie of NH; and two children from his second wife, Verna of Wakefield, RI and Gordon, Jr. & Dawn Marie; brothers, Phillip K. Green of Elmira Heights, NY and Donald G. Green of PA; step-daughters, Sheila, Michelle and Holly of RI; 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by his brothers, Michael and Theodore Green. Joe lived in Rhode Island for many years, working in the Peace Dale Section of Wakefield.He was a former welder for Electric Boat in North Kingston before coming to NY to work for the school system and ABB Traction. Joe enjoyed boating, and sitting around the campfire with his neighbors, discussing the worlds? many problems.He was a proud and loving father, and will be greatly missed by all.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Friday, July 2, 2004 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM with funeral services there at 5:00 PM.The Rev.
