Grace Rowley Henbest

Age 84, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at her home, following a battle with cancer. Surviving her are her husband, Robert of 54 some years; her loving daughters, Jacqueline L. Henbest of Elmira, Judith A. (James) Bayer of Fort Worth, FL; sons, William H. (Cindy) Henbest and R. Theodore E. (Suzanne) Henbest of Elmira; grandchildren, Christopher and Matthew Bayer, Danielle, Sarah and Will Henbest, Heather, Ted and Megan Henbest. Grace is predeceased by her parents, Dr. Perry S. Rowley and Gertrude Rowley Everitt; step-father, Thomas P. Everitt; siblings, Roger and Glenna Rowley; grandson, Jeremy Bayer; nephew, Tom Rowley. She worked previously for Drs. Philips and Hertzog. Grace enjoyed her family, animals, and the many friends she had playing bridge at the Elmira Country Club for over 50 years.Grace will be cremated locally at the Southport Crematorium Inc.
