Harold R. Bauer

Age 75, of Horseheads, NY, and Punta Gorda, FL, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2004 at home.He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Janette Bauer; daughter, Lois (Gordy) Place of Pine City, NY; son, William (Paula) Bauer of Elmira, NY; 5 grandchildren, Jonah, Matt, Jennifer, Renee, and Pamela; sister, Doris (Willie) Painter of Lufkin, TX; and many friends, both in Florida and New York. Harold was predeceased by his son, Christian Bauer; and grandson, Sean.He was a member of the Horseheads Elks Club and the Montour Falls Moose. Harold was the former Parts Manager of ACI Supply a division of Albee Truck Inc.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Sunday, October 17, 2004 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with Funeral and Committal Service there Sunday evening at 8:00 PM, the Reverend Frederick Turner will officiate.
